Caribe Tesoro Hotel West Bay, West Bay

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful overall. The rooms were kept very clean and we enjoyed lounging on the shaded patio with our 9 kids. Service was exceptional, and the location directly on the beach was perfect for a peaceful getaway. The dining was satisfactory, and the facilities met our needs for a comfortable stay.

We enjoyed having a shaded patio to lounge on and appreciated the convenience of having kitchens in the rooms. The service was top-notch with great attention to detail. The location was ideal, right on the beach in a quiet cove at the very beginning, offering easy access to the best snorkeling spots. The dining experience was superb, especially for vegetarians, and the organic food was a delightful touch. The facilities were excellent, and the overall value for money was fantastic.

The pool area was impeccably maintained and provided a great place to relax. While the pricing was fair, it would have been better if Wi-Fi was included in the rate.
